Sugar is gasoline for the fire when it comes to inflammation. Carbs, bread, crackers, fruits, juices all add fuel to the inflammation fire. If you are arthritic or inflamed, you have got to get sugar out for a prolonged period of time or cut it out in general over a lifetime.
